Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- German is a nice-to-have, not a deal breaker
- FMCG, spirits, or beverage experience is a big plus

Role Description Reach is a Dinova product that connects restaurant brands with consumer credit card holders through card-linked offer campaigns delivered via publisher partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, marketing strategy, and technical program execution. The Manager of the Card-Linked Restaurant Marketing Programs is responsible for the end-to-end success of card-linked marketing offers for restaurant partners: - Managing partner relationships - Equipping sales and account management teams with the tools and knowledge they need - Designing creative marketing campaigns within the platform’s technical framework - Resolving complex issues that arise in program delivery The ideal candidate blends relationship management skills with a strong understanding of card-linking technology and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset. • Responsible for managing patient account staff in processing accounts and working with designated payors to ensure proper reimbursement. • Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. • Maintains a thorough understanding of health insurance and government programs, where necessary. • Facilitates the identification of issues and solutions by team members related to delays in achieving payment resolution. • Monitors collection processes to determine cash flow improvement opportunities. • Manages the aging of accounts receivable by trending and analyzing the A/R, and through communication with the payors. • Works with A/R supervisors to identify department training needs for system education, industry updates and changes in collection processes and protocols. • Works with A/R Supervisors and staff to ensure that employee productivity and quality meets standards. • Manages desk assignments to meet employee productivity and collection efforts across all client facilities.
Relationship Manager – Retention & Growth

• Conduct onboarding calls with multiple agents, team leaders, & managing brokers to welcome them, educate them on Virtuance, and assist with account setup and initial scheduling as needed. • Ensure all agents feel confident using our platform and understand our service offerings. • Work closely with the account team points of contact including managing brokers, designated brokers, marketing leaders, transaction coordinators to grow the partnership through sales + marketing efforts • Present to new and existing brokerages to help them understand the Virtuance value story and proposition and help to gain new business • Attend trade shows in person that support our industry or our specific partner brokerage events. • Conduct regular account meetings with the key contacts to focus on retention and growth • Provide regular data & reports for the the key accounts to help make them drive decisions • Create pricing proposals and usage of pricing calculators • Use creative strategies including promotions, marketing solutions, social media, 1:1 engagement, and other ideas to drive agent adoption within the key accounts • Participate in initial sales calls with new account contacts • Expired partnership win backs • Contact with individual agents via phone and email to encourage them to use their partnership offerings • Target existing real estate agents who use Virtuance and work with them and management/decision makers to turn the relationship into a brokerage-wide partnership • Utilize sales target lists IE Real trends etc to find the right fit for new partnerships • Engage with agents & brokerages on New Market openings • Capitalize on Social Media opportunities to share key industry news as well as Virtuance’s value propositions
