• Analyze and optimize SEO performance using a variety of tools • Research customer behavior in our data lake using PySpark on Databricks • Develop SEO dashboards in Tableau and ensure accurate reporting • Partner with cross-functional Scrum teams to test and improve SEO strategies • Identify technical SEO opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations • Stay ahead of SEO and GEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies • Communicate insights clearly to business and executive stakeholders

• In this role, you will be working on a project aimed at enhancing the content and quality of digital maps that are used by millions of people worldwide • Completing research and evaluation tasks in a web-based environment such as verifying and comparing data, and determining the relevance and accuracy of information.

• Collect, integrate, and validate data from multiple operational and safety systems to ensure accuracy and reliability • Analyze safety and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement • Develop dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, ramp operations, and operational performance • Partner with operational and safety leaders to translate data insights into actionable improvement initiatives • Support development of predictive models and analytics that help anticipate operational risks and safety incidents • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data infrastructure and improve access to operational datasets • Develop analytical frameworks that support operational forecasting, performance monitoring, and decision support • Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis and performance trends • Work cross-functionally with Safety, Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to align analytics initiatives with operational priorities

• Be a Data Storyteller: Partner with product managers, engineers, operations and clinical teams to monitor core metrics, understand performance and interpret user behavior. You'll go beyond the numbers to explain the "so what" to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Perform Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct sophisticated ad-hoc analyses to uncover commercial & behavioral insights, identify growth opportunities, and diagnose friction points in the user journey. • Build Analytical Tools: Develop and maintain high-quality data models, dashboards, and reporting (using tools like Tableau , and Metabase ) that enable teams to monitor performance autonomously. • Champion Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests, providing rigorous, statistically sound insights & supporting analyses that inform our roadmap and strategy. • Promote Data Literacy: Simplify and clearly communicate complex analytical findings, ensuring that everyone in the tribe - regardless of their technical background - can contribute their best to data-informed decisions. • Uphold Our Mission: Maintain a constant focus on how data can help us improve the patient experience, supporting Unobravo's mission to reduce the stigma associated with mental health.
