• Our Head of Data will lead and evolve our multidisciplinary Data organisation, ensuring Data is embedded into how Unobravo plans, prioritises and makes decisions. • You will lead a team of 12 talented professionals across Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Science, defining the vision, strategy and operating model for the function. • Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Data at Unobravo, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Operations and Leadership to turn data into one of the company's greatest strategic advantages. • Defining and executing Unobravo's Data strategy, aligning priorities with business goals. • Owning the strategic Data roadmap, balancing business needs, technical investment and long-term platform health. • Championing experimentation, measurement and evidence-based decision making. • Increasing visibility into the health, maturity and opportunities within our data ecosystem. • Continuing to evolve our Analytics, Machine Learning and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to deliver measurable business impact.

• Guide the design and development of high quality software to meet business goals, ensuring that it is scalable and efficient. • Be part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team, working closely with partners - such as product managers and designers - to solve technical business problems in a pragmatic, user-centric way. • Proactively proposing new ideas and opinions, challenging existing ideas and suggesting new alternatives. • Be an expert in identifying and addressing potential trade-offs in technical architectures and code, before, during and after development. • Lead discussions on software specifications, offering a strategic perspective on technology direction. • Support and mentor junior and mid-level team members. • Improve the observability of the system as a whole, including the design and implementation of new metrics, logs, traces, or other data.

• Lead and shape Unobravo’s data science and machine learning strategy, driving measurable improvements in therapeutic and commercial outcomes such as patient conversion, retention, and patient–therapist matching. • Own the ML/DS roadmap across multiple business functions, prioritising high-impact initiatives and ensuring models deliver long-term, compounding value rather than isolated experiments. • Build and maintain responsible AI standards, including model governance, explainability, fairness, GDPR compliance, observability, drift detection, and bias mitigation across markets and patient groups. • Partner closely with clinical, product, marketing, commercial, and data engineering teams to translate business and therapeutic challenges into scalable ML solutions and actionable insights.

• Own the development of new AI-powered features in our products as a hands-on engineer • Contribute to the company AI’s strategy, collaborating with engineers, product managers, designers, and data scientists • Develop evaluation methods for assessing the quality of AI features to ensure safety and clinical quality • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team

• Monitor daily operational performance through dedicated dashboards. • Proactively identify delays, bottlenecks, and SLA breaches across the patient journey. • Manage and resolve operational issues related to patient–therapist matching, session scheduling, payments, and invoicing. • Trigger corrective actions and targeted follow-ups to prevent drops and care discontinuity. • Lead root-cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive improvements to reduce reoccurrence. • Collaborate closely with the Clinical team on clinically related topics and signals. • Work closely with local operations coordinators to manage location-specific operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery. • Define, maintain, and monitor SLAs, alerts, and operational thresholds. • Contribute to capacity planning, hiring needs, and continuous process improvement. • Prepare and share the End-of-Day (EOD) operational report.

• Be a Data Storyteller: Partner with product managers, engineers, operations and clinical teams to monitor core metrics, understand performance and interpret user behavior. You'll go beyond the numbers to explain the "so what" to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Perform Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct sophisticated ad-hoc analyses to uncover commercial & behavioral insights, identify growth opportunities, and diagnose friction points in the user journey. • Build Analytical Tools: Develop and maintain high-quality data models, dashboards, and reporting (using tools like Tableau , and Metabase ) that enable teams to monitor performance autonomously. • Champion Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests, providing rigorous, statistically sound insights & supporting analyses that inform our roadmap and strategy. • Promote Data Literacy: Simplify and clearly communicate complex analytical findings, ensuring that everyone in the tribe - regardless of their technical background - can contribute their best to data-informed decisions. • Uphold Our Mission: Maintain a constant focus on how data can help us improve the patient experience, supporting Unobravo's mission to reduce the stigma associated with mental health.
