• Act as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner for Field Services and project sites. • Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment to meet project requirements. • Ensure smooth HR operations across multiple field locations, enabling uninterrupted project execution. • Drive employee relations, engagement, and performance support for field employees. • Manage compensation administration, payroll coordination, and cost center planning in alignment with budgets. • Ensure full labour law compliance and statutory adherence for permanent and contract workforce. • Oversee insurance and mediclaim administration, including employee support and claims coordination. • Maintain accurate HR records, MIS, reporting, and HRIS (SAP) data to support decision-making and audits.
Job Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- 8–15 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong exposure to site HR, field services, EPC, infrastructure, or power projects
- Proven experience in contract labour management and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in Administration
- Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws including Factory Act, CLRA Act, BOCW etc

Role Description The HR Manager - Integration drives successful HR transitions for newly acquired companies, ensuring seamless workforce integration, regulatory compliance, and cultural alignment. This role delivers efficient onboarding by managing HR due diligence, streamlining policy alignment, and optimizing payroll and benefits transitions, while also designing and implementing onboarding and training programs that accelerate employee assimilation and support long-term talent development. By collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations, the HR Manager - Integration minimizes disruption, equips leaders and employees with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed, and drives business continuity and engagement post-acquisition.
