Senior OutSystems Engineer
OutSystems
• Develop solutions following OutSystems development best practices, ensuring solution performance and users adoption • Designing and developing solutions with the team, by following development processes (like TDD, BDD, code reviews...) • Produce and test code in short cycles, with a high degree of automation • Gather feedback from end-users and adapt your solutions • Focus on developing maintainable solutions that scale to thousands of users • Experience in designing and communicating high-level functional designs and solutions
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or other STEM courses
- More than 2 years of OutSystems development experience and certifications
- More than 4 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in web based languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Programming with databases: SQL Server, Oracle or Postgres
- Knowledge in Database Modeling
- Experience in Agile methodologies practices
- Understanding of solution architecture and design, and web application performance
- Fluency in English, written and spoken is essential
- Good Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong quality orientation and attention to detail

Overview CTG is seeking a System Integration Engineer to join our team. The role will work to reduce current integration backlog and provide hands-on support, especially in Cloverleaf environment. Core Responsibilities - Support integration build and maintenance - Address production alerts and failures - Improve integration design where possible - Participate in on-call rotation (preferred) Required Skills - Cloverleaf (strongly preferred) - Healthcare integration experience - Production support mindset - Ability to work independently without heavy oversight Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
