Job Description

Territory Sales Manager – Vienna/Lower Austria Central & North

Dexcom

• Conduct sales presentations to promote Dexcom's products and services to existing and prospective customers • Educate physicians, healthcare professionals and patients on the benefits and use details of Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring products • Build and maintain relationships with physicians • Represent Dexcom at local, regional and national diabetes conferences and exhibitions • Implement business strategies and tactics to achieve company and individual targets • Complete reports as assigned • Collaborate with field and inside sales teams to meet or exceed company goals • Local travel required, including occasional overnight stays

Job Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Language skills: fluent German (spoken and written) and at least a good command of English
  • Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies desirable
  • Proven success in previous sales roles, demonstrated by strong performance, is an advantage
  • Must have a thorough understanding of customer needs and be able to stimulate, challenge and drive thinking about new approaches to diabetes care
  • Able to execute sales strategies in a complex, multifaceted environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; team-oriented; ability to apply a conceptual/consultative selling approach
