Full-Stack Developer
Nutrium
• Help design, develop, and improve features in our web platform; • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to successfully deliver high-quality and on-time product features; • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement; • Investigate, debug, and fix issues to ensure a reliable user experience; • Learn from and support senior developers, growing your skills in full-stack development; • Stay up to date with web development best practices and tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2–3 years of experience as a full-stack web developer, with experience on backend development
- Confident in building, deploying, and maintaining server applications in dynamic, iterative environments
- Proficient in a web development framework (Ruby on Rails is a plus)
- Familiar with a modern frontend framework (React is a plus)
- Experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs
- Comfortable working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL)
- Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch, and Redis (nice to have)
- Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Portuguese and English.
- Bonus: Based in the north of Portugal (Braga/Porto).
