• Own and lead end-to-end implementation, maintenance, and renewal of SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and related compliance programs • Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies, procedures, and documentation aligned with industry frameworks • Conduct regular risk assessments, internal audits, and control effectiveness reviews • Manage third-party risk assessments and vendor security reviews • Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and certification bodies • Partner with legal, privacy, and engineering teams on data protection matters • Monitor regulatory changes in Japan and other operating markets • Build and maintain relationships with engineering teams to embed security and compliance requirements into development workflows

• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI to support FP&A and broader business stakeholders. • Build automated reporting solutions to replace manual processes, improving accuracy and efficiency of financial and operational reporting. • Collaborate with the FP&A Manager to identify key performance metrics and translate business requirements into technical data solutions. • Manage data connections, transformations, and model structures within Power BI.

• Following SRE principles to maintain a 24/7 production environment running on Kubernetes • Implementation of DevOps methodologies to improve IT team quality of life • Proactive system monitoring and configuration • Incident response and postmortem processes • Managing and evolving AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, RDS, Fargate, CloudFront, Lambda, S3) • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD) • Ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability across our production stack • Applying SRE discipline to ML infrastructure — ensuring model serving, training pipelines, and data systems are reliable, observable, and well-operated • Supporting and improving ML model deployment pipelines and MLOps practices • Monitoring ML model performance in production and building alerting and observability for ML systems • Collaborating with data scientists and product teams to operationalize ML models at scale • Contributing to infrastructure for ML workloads on Kubernetes and AWS

• Lead end-to-end implementation and maintenance of SOC 2 , ISO 27001 , and related compliance programs through our key partner (Drata). • Build fully automated vulnerability scanning pipelines integrated with AWS , EKS/Kubernetes , and CI/CD workflows. • Manage security tooling for cloud-native environments (e.g., IaC security, container runtime protection). • Conduct risk assessments and audits, aligning with NIST CSF or MITRE ATT&CK frameworks. • Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities and implement security controls.

• Implementing source management through data generation and schema management • Define data ingestion pipelines that normalize and transform clients data to fit our standard data schema • Ensure data meet quality standards and routinely work with our customers, handling their requests and configuring the platform to their needs • The drive to collaborate, gather feedback, solve problems, and tackle challenges through test and learn is highly valuable in this position

• Cross-domain product development in a squad comprised of frontend & backend engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and close collaboration with all squad members. • Design and build APIs for our customers, vendors, and internal use • Create integrations with 3rd party APIs • Create clear and concise documentation • Estimate tasks and provide continuous feedback

• Maintain and enhance TableCheck's core monolith app • Perform code reviews and production releases • Work in direct contact with our CTO, and define priorities • Proactively engage with stakeholders, primarily in Product and Sales • Create clear and concise documentation • Interact and cooperate with other engineers from other teams • Mentor and support other engineers, as the team grows
