• Own backend infrastructure and AI workflows that drive monetization impact • Build internal infrastructure and AI workflows that our Monetization team relies on daily • Build backend APIs and production-grade agentic AI workflows that help our monetization team move faster, run smarter experiments, and scale winning strategies across our app portfolio • Build and maintain backend services in Python • Design scalable APIs (FastAPI or similar frameworks) • Build and deploy agentic AI workflows in production (not just prototypes) • Work closely with Monetization stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable systems • Own backend architecture, delivery, reliability, and iteration speed • Improve observability, performance, and system robustness over time • Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure • Build services running on Docker / Kubernetes / Helm • Collaborate with engineers working on Go services (or grow into Go over time)

• Build & Architect Design and deliver scalable APIs, microservices, and integration pipelines • Develop cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Entra ID, API Management) • Lead architecture for event-driven and distributed systems • Drive AI & MLOps Innovation Implement AI/ML-enabled services and automation workflows • Build and scale MLOps pipelines (Azure ML, MLflow, Databricks) • Develop PoCs and bring emerging technologies into production • Guide and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on in code and design • Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and engineering excellence • Build systems aligned with HIPAA, PHI/PII protection, and healthcare standards • Implement interoperability frameworks such as FHIR, HL7, and EDI

• Lead technical design and delivery of backend payment platforms using C# / .NET • Develop and maintain payment processing services supporting real-time and batch flows • Guide implementation of ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX messaging • Lead integration efforts with bank APIs, payment rails, and file-based channels • Own code quality, architecture alignment, reviews, and mentoring • Ensure security, compliance, resilience, and auditability of payment flows • Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and engineering teams • Drive CI/CD practices , testing strategy, and technical documentation
