• Lead technical design and delivery of backend payment platforms using C# / .NET • Develop and maintain payment processing services supporting real-time and batch flows • Guide implementation of ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX messaging • Lead integration efforts with bank APIs, payment rails, and file-based channels • Own code quality, architecture alignment, reviews, and mentoring • Ensure security, compliance, resilience, and auditability of payment flows • Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and engineering teams • Drive CI/CD practices , testing strategy, and technical documentation

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs • Implement and support OAuth2 / OIDC-based authentication flows • Configure and manage Keycloak (realms, clients, roles, token policies) • Lead code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality delivery • Build containerized applications using Docker • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines • Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

• Own and deliver backend features end to end • Lead the architecture and evolution of EPI’s cloud-based microservices • Define and uphold high code quality standards • Actively support mobile engineers by providing backend expertise • Drive backend platform decisions with a clear understanding of product requirements • Balance global platform consistency with mobile-specific needs • Collaborate closely with mobile engineers and other teams

Role Description Your mission: Serve together with CI&T a big international consulting focused on logistics that take care of multi-modal transport. We are working on a project to modernize a large system. Our team implements new features on a completely new rail management platform for an American train company. Our requirements are written by business analysts and are based on the current systems the company uses. We have a large and extremely collaborative team.
