As a Staff Data Analyst, you will work with a team to deliver customer operations insights to yield efficiency gains and workforce optimization. The essential requirements of the job include: · Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, public health, or Medical Laboratory Science and five (9) years of experience as Data Analyst or LIS analyst, and at least five (5) in a health care environment. · Experience working with very large data sets (100,000,000+ records), performing data ingestion, profiling, ETL/ELT tasks · 5+ years of cloud analytics experience (storage accounts, Azure SQL, Fabric, semantic modeling, Power BI, OneLake) & advanced experience working with major DBMSs (Azure SQL preferred): DQL, DDL and DML · 5+ years of experience managing database performance bottlenecks (index optimization, table partitioning and AAS/Fabric semantic models, model performance tuning and DAX scripting · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
