Finance Assistant

• Process and update large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, cash flow, and P&L analysis. • Leverage Datarails for group reporting, including data consolidation, automation, and financial planning. • Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate balance-sheet control accounts • Update debtors and revenue trackers regularly • Post journals for crypto reconciliations, including gain/loss adjustments • Reconcile crypto and fiat accounts across multiple currencies • Manage prepayments, accruals, and standard accounting processes • Assist in preparation of UK VAT reports • Analyze profitability, margins, cash runway, and break-even points
Job Requirements
- CA/ACCA/CPA qualified
- 4–6 years of practical experience in Accounting & Finance
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Advanced proficiency in Datarails
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
