• Analyze existing RCM workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities • Drive Lean Six Sigma or other structured problem-solving methodologies to streamline processes • Work with Operations, Training, and IT teams to implement process enhancements • Conduct time-motion studies, process mapping, and root cause analysis • Monitor and report on process KPIs and recommend actions for continuous improvement • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Oversee the execution of audit plans and conduct quality audits • Collaborate with training teams to address identified gaps • Prepare and present quality dashboards and reports to internal stakeholders • Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to SLA, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals • Support the design of new workflows that align with compliance and regulatory standards • Drive a culture of accountability and operational excellence across teams
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in RCM operations with 2–3 years in quality/process excellence roles
- Strong understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle processes
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping tools, and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with EMR/EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner)

The Sales Manager for Manufacturing and Quality is responsible for leading and owning new logo bookings performance for our Manufacturing and Quality portfolio. Reporting to the SVP, Sales, this role carries full accountability for quota attainment, pipeline generation, territory execution, and forecast accuracy. You will lead an integrated outbound motion across Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to build predictable pipeline and close net-new customers.
