Azure Scrum Master

AIS (Applied Information Sciences)

• Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of cloud projects. • Identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that reduce defects in the cloud. • Exercises strong judgment in the identification and execution of strategic improvement plans. • Anticipates bottlenecks, assess risks, mitigate issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. • Influence, motivate and lead others to meet the challenges of cloud operational environment. • Validate customer requirements and coordinate cloud resources to onboard new tenant. • Generate and submit monthly SLA reports to customers and PM. • Support the generation of monthly SLA and other reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • 8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead supporting IT or cloud-based development teams
  • Demonstrated experience supporting teams delivering solutions in AWS cloud environments, including close collaboration with engineers, product owners, and DevOps teams
  • Active Secret clearance or higher is required
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Certifications: IAT-2, 1 or more cloud certifications
  • Experience working in regulated environments and following secure engineering / documentation practices.
