Senior FP&A Systems & Data Financial Analyst
CNO Financial Group
• Analyze financial and operational data to support financial planning. • Prepare various deliverables for internal and external financial reporting needs. • Design, build, and maintain self-service dashboards and analytical models. • Develop and automate data pipelines using tools such as Alteryx or similar ETL solutions. • Day to day system administration and coordination with IT to manage data in FP&A systems. • Prepare, analyze and report detailed expense reporting. • Analyze key performance metrics and provide strategic insights based on the analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of related Financial Analysis work experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Points skills, Tableau and Alteryx a plus.
- Extract, transform, and concatenate data from various key financial systems and tools (Hyperion, Essbase, Concur, Business Objects and Microsoft suite).
