• Efficiently manage and coordinate the schedules (across timezones if needed), including meetings, appointments, leaves, etc., ensuring no conflicts and effective time management. • Act as a point of contact between the leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Draft clear and concise notes and emails for internal and external stakeholders based on crucial ideas and bullet points shared by the leadership team. Keep track of critical email threads and ensure they are being responded to promptly. A professional image of the company must be projected in all communication • Organise and prepare for meetings and trips, especially logistics around the booking of meeting rooms/coworking space, hotel rooms, arrangement of participant meals, travel, documentation, etc. Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s) • Support the leadership team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, list preparation, cold calling vendors, etc.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Any bachelor's degree from a recognized university in India or abroad, along with a minimum of 2+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting leaders or leadership teams.
- Planning and organizing: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfort with technology: Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, slack, notion and calendar management tools
- Communication: Strong written and oral professional communication in English is a must. You must be able to communicate clearly and proactively to all stakeholders and ensure that there are no loose ends.
- Collaboration: Collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders is required for this role, and being easy to work with for this role is critical
- Adaptability: Ability to respond to changing business requirements and pivot accordingly to meet the needs of the internal customer (Sprinters)
- Self-Management: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work independently, with initiative, and a solid attention to detail. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
