• Analyse und Dokumentation der bestehenden Business‑Logik der aktuellen Dokumentenmanagement‑Lösung • Ableitung von Business‑Requirements aus Analyseergebnissen und Projektzielen sowie Formulierung klarer Lieferobjekte für die Entwicklung • Fachliche Prüfung, Validierung und Abnahme der entwickelten Features • Enge Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen im Rahmen des Requirements Engineering • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern und Architekten, um technische Machbarkeit sicherzustellen und die Umsetzung fachlich zu begleiten • Übernahme der PMO‑Rolle: Sicherstellung von Standards, Unterstützung der Projektleitung, Reporting und Kommunikation • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Value Stream und langfristige Ausrichtung auf nachhaltigen Projekterfolg

Job Requirements

  • Erfahrung im Dokumentenmanagement sowie in der Digitalisierung von Posteingängen, idealerweise in regulierten Branchen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung als PMO in grösseren Projekten und fundiertes Know‑how im Requirements Engineering
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Business Administration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement und in der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Technisches Verständnis zu OCR, GenAI, Image Recognition oder vergleichbaren Automatisierungstechnologien
  • Gute Kenntnisse von IT‑Architekturen sowie die Fähigkeit, sich auf fachlicher Ebene mit Entwicklern auszutauschen
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
