Partnership Executive (Business Development/ Inside Sales )
Fusion Growth PartnersWe Invest Directly into Individual Real Estate Agents and Small Businesses to Generate Significant Growth
This is a remote position. Partnership Executive: Business Advisor & Investment Acquisition About Fusion Growth Partners We are seeking very high-level sales executives to sell the best opportunity for Residential Real Estate Agents who want to truly scale their personal production and teams, that currently exist or have existed. Fusion Growth Partners is a dynamic business incubator and micro venture capital firm. We identify and invest in small, service-based businesses, particularly individual real estate agents, who have a strong track record but are often overlooked by traditional investors. Our unique "Partnership as a Service" model involves investing heavily in their businesses to boost their clientele significantly and scale profits. We're proud to have been ranked among Inc. 5000's fastest-growing businesses (813th nationally), making this an unparalleled opportunity for ambitious sales professional business advisors. Our partners gain access to sophisticated growth planning, a full suite of back-office services, cutting-edge SaaS resources, and the dedicated support of our experienced team. Fusion is the only company in the country offering these services with a compensation structure specifically designed to accommodate the cash flow needs of real estate agents. With over 300 team members and rapid expansion, we're now seeking top talent to help us penetrate new markets. Fusion's income is primarily generated from a small share of the revenue our partners' businesses generate. We're looking to hire additional Partnership Executives to support our rapidly growing volume of new partnership investments. Your Mission as a Partnership Executive: Forge Partnerships, Then Cultivate Growth As a Partnership Executive at Fusion Growth Partners, your journey begins with a focused inside sales approach, identifying and acquiring new business investment partnerships. This initial phase is crucial for building your foundation. Initial Focus: Investment / Partner Acquisition (Inside Sales) Your primary responsibility will be to qualify potential business candidates and provide a detailed, personal explanation of our unique investment model. This involves actively reaching out, presenting our services, and engaging in compelling conversations to identify ideal partners. This is not an easy job and it is only for those individuals who desire to be challenged and want to develop their skills as a business person. Once you have proven yourself someone who is dedicated, effective and willing to do the discipline work of business development and sales, you will have several different growth and promotion opportunities. Growth & Promotion Opportunities are as follows: 1. Contract Negotiator – This position is held for those who are exceptional at closing deals. Our sales cycle consists of two primary meetings, both typically held on Zoom. The first is our Explanation of Investment. If the potential client is interested in our services, we then conduct what we call a “Make A Deal” meeting. This meeting brings us together with the client with the intent of reaching an agreement and executing it in a single meeting. These meetings can feel somewhat like a “Shark Tank” scenario, but with a more collaborative approach. Our top negotiators are promoted to run these meetings exclusively for the other executives. We call them “Heroes.” Our close ratio at this stage is over 50%. 2. Consultant / Business Coach – This position allows you to build your own book of clients by providing advisory services and coaching agents to get the most out of the systems we offer. One reason we ensure you have very strong sales skills before promoting you into this role is that it requires a high level of influence. You must be able to guide agents to take actions that will benefit their business, even when those actions do not provide immediate gratification. This role requires leadership influence and the ability to articulate concepts clearly, ideas, and business philosophies so they are well understood. It also requires holding highly driven individuals accountable for doing what is necessary to achieve their goals and ambitions. Business Advisor & Partnership Management (Consultant Role) – As partners are acquired through your sales efforts and through the efforts of other team members who have not yet been promoted, those partners will be assigned to your portfolio. At that point, your role quickly shifts into that of a consultant, where you act as a “board member” or trusted advisor to the business owner. You will be intensely focused on the success and business growth of each partner you serve, encouraging best practices and promoting full adoption of our systems to maximize their likelihood of success. As an executive, you are responsible for the partner’s experience and business success in partnership with Fusion. While Fusion provides a team of individuals to work on the client’s behalf, you, as the Partnership Executive, must drive and advocate for that success. Real estate agents join us to scale their operations, and it is your responsibility to ensure that happens. 3. Vice President – For those who demonstrate strong leadership ability in the advisory role and the capability to effectively grow agents’ businesses, there is an opportunity to move into a leadership position. In this role, you will help recruit, train, and mentor other Partnership Executives within your own business division and earn an override on all clients under your umbrella. This commission-based, revenue-sharing position offers a typical starting income of $70,000 annually. As you successfully acquire partners and your "book of business" expands, you can realistically earn $250,000 annually or more within the first three years. We're only looking for exceptionally talented individuals who can help us grow and represent Fusion at the highest levels of professionalism. Your two main functions will evolve as follows: Our Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate is a polished professional with highly effective communication skills. You should be very persuasive but not "salesy," comfortable with difficult conversations, and able to tackle challenges head-on. A successful candidate will confidently present ideas and concepts. We are looking for people who thrive in sales! Those who say to themselves “give me the ball”. You must be willing to make the calls and do follow up consistently in the first part of this journey and this is something that should not be distasteful to you or something that you dread. In fact this is something that you compelled to share the opportunity and you genuinely cannot wait to share it with people who you can encourage to listen to what you have to share. This must be something that you have the ability and the discipline to do at a high level with someone to micro manage your day. As an advisor or as a negotiator, You must be able to work with very strong-willed individuals and guide them to embrace Fusion’s unique perspective, which they will embrace over time. While experience in the residential real estate industry is helpful, it is not required.
