Data Analyst - Front-End Revenue Cycle (remote)

Job Description Collaboratively analyzes, reports on, and provides resolution to work queues. Serves as an interdepartmental liaison for workflow improvements and claim-edit resolutions. Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on department related databases and software. Job Responsibility - Reviews assigned work queues daily to ensure claims generate in a timely manner. - Resolves eligibility related pre-claim edits to decrease insurance denials. - Collaborates with team to identify drivers of volume fluctuations or issues in data quality that would impact reporting (i.e. duplicate records, missing data, etc.) - Communicates regularly with external teams for workflow improvements and edit resolutions. - Maintains trends and tracks various measures to identify possible areas for re-education. - Develops technical and functional specifications based on business requirements and analysis of workflows. - Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action. - Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification - Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. - 1-3 years of relevant experience, required. Role Description As an Ingest Specialist, you will oversee the technical entry point for our global metadata. You will proactively identify and diagnose pipeline interruptions, implementing rapid fixes to resolve data gaps. This position requires a proactive thinker who can navigate technical requirements with external partners and align them with our internal workflows to ensure seamless content delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead the technical setup of new content feeds from initial datapoint to the final activation of automated ingest. - Oversee ingest workflows to ensure all incoming content feeds and data deliveries meet strict internal and external SLAs. - Identify, investigate, and resolve data ingest failures to ensure consistent metadata delivery across all pipelines. - Coordinate with downstream stakeholders and provide technical support for client-related inquiries. - Use internal ticketing systems to document bugs, provider-specific requirements and internal workflows. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in data operations, technical support, or a similar role focused on digital content pipelines and data management. - Fluency in English with the capacity to communicate complex technical issues to diverse stakeholders clearly and concisely. - Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, specifically regarding VLOOKUPs, data cleaning, and logical functions. - Proven competence in end-to-end project execution and independent management of multiple workstreams.
