Role Description PatientPoint is undergoing an enterprise-wide Transformation to accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and unlock value across the business. As part of the Value Creation Plan (VCP), the Director, Transformation & Value Creation will serve as a key partner to the SVP of Transformation in driving disciplined execution, generating strategic insights, and shaping the narrative of our transformation for PatientPoint’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field. - 4+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey preferred), or 2+ years post‑MBA or other graduate degree. - Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream transformation or strategy programs. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience developing business cases and evaluating value. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing materials for C-suite and Board audiences.
