Role Description We are seeking a Senior AI Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end AI client implementations and set delivery standards across the organization. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role that combines deep technical execution with project ownership, mentorship, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in building and deploying AI automation systems and is equally committed to elevating team performance, improving systems, and driving consistent, high-quality outcomes across multiple client engagements. This role plays a critical part in scaling our AI implementation function with excellence, accountability, and clarity. Technical Execution & Delivery Excellence - Build, deploy, and maintain complex AI automation workflows using n8n, including multi-step integrations and advanced HTTP configurations - Develop front-end tools and interfaces using Lovable and Claude Code - Design, test, and optimize prompts for Claude (Anthropic API) and other LLM integrations - Manage backend integrations involving APIs, JSON structures, and database connections - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize live production systems - Ensure all implementations meet defined quality, performance, and security standards Project Ownership & Outcome Management - Own delivery timelines across multiple client projects simultaneously - Break complex implementations into clear milestones and execution plans - Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and resolve them effectively - Maintain accurate project tracking, documentation, and handoff materials - Take accountability for client outcomes, not just task completion Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Lead client discussions related to AI implementation strategy and delivery - Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions - Set and manage expectations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism - Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the client lifecycle - Identify opportunities to enhance or expand client systems beyond the initial scope Team Leadership, Mentorship & Standards Ownership - Act as a technical leader and mentor to junior and mid-level team members - Review implementation work to ensure quality, consistency, and best practices - Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members - Own, document, and continuously improve SOPs and implementation standards - Model strong ownership, accountability, and clear communication Systems Thinking & Continuous Improvement - Identify recurring implementation issues and design long-term solutions - Improve workflows, documentation, and internal delivery systems - Partner with leadership on implementation strategy and scalability planning - Contribute ideas and frameworks to support sustainable growth of the delivery function Qualifications - Advanced proficiency with n8n workflow automation - Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Lovable, and AI-assisted development tools - Strong prompt engineering skills for LLMs - Backend experience working with APIs, JSON, and integrations - Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver client outcomes - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience mentoring or leading team members - High level of ownership, reliability, and accountability Preferred Skills - Experience with Python and/or JavaScript - Familiarity with Supabase or similar databases - CRM and marketing automation experience - Background in fitness, wellness, or franchise-based businesses - Prior experience as a technical lead or senior implementation owner Leadership Level Target - Primary: Level 3 – Competent Manager - Growth Path: Level 4 – Effective Leader Job Type - Full-time Benefits - Work from home
