Regulatory Coordinator I
Target Specialty Products
• Systematically organize product labels and SDS documents for Federal, State, and County compliance • Track document revisions, ensuring the latest version is accessible • Maintain open communication with vendors and manufacturers for requests of documents, ensuring timely delivery • Communicate the need for updated vendor and/or manufacturer contact information (Procurement Manager or Buyer) • Distribution of label and SDS documents (Web Administrator, Sales, Service Center Manager, or customers) • Link documents into the NAV system • Create an electronic document system based on service location product inventory, including user access control and document workflows • Archive inactive documents as needed electronically • Monitor compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements • Provide administrative and day-to-day support
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
- Experience in document control
- Strong written and verbal communication Skills
- Technical proficiency in using electronic document systems
- Attention to detail to thoroughly review documents for accuracy and consistency
- Analytical skills to identify issues and suggest improvements

Role Description We are seeking a skilled Construction License Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the company’s roofing and general contractor licensing requirements and supporting compliance activities. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the official license holder and/or qualifier recognized by applicable state and local regulatory authorities. - Maintain active roofing and/or general contractor licenses and ensure compliance with all associated requirements. - Coordinate, complete, and maintain documentation for licensing examinations, renewals, continuing education, and related obligations. - Support compliance with state building codes, safety regulations, and workmanship standards. - Participate in audits, inspections, regulatory inquiries, or legal matters requiring license holder involvement. - Monitor changes to licensing laws, regulations, and code requirements at the local, state and federal levels. - Communicate relevant updates regarding changes on laws, codes and permitting processes to leadership and relevant internal teams. - Collaborate with internal administrative personnel to ensure permits, insurance certificates, contracts, and related documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed. - Serve as a primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, inspectors, and legal representatives on matters related to licensure.
