Role Description We’re excited to be supporting our client, a leading technology company. You are the operational backbone of their digital retail presence across the APAC region, with a specific focus on 1P and 3P online environments. You bridge the gap between Strategic Product Launches and Flawless Digital Execution, ensuring that every web asset, product page, and digital storefront is accurate, localised, and ready for the world. You will act as the guardian of the online customer experience, orchestrating complex workflows across DTC and non-DTC models to deliver premium, high-stakes consumer journeys at scale. This role requires you to work in an APAC-friendly time zone, starting at 5:30 a.m. IST. Qualifications - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - 6+ years in digital production, web content management, or e-commerce operations, specifically within consumer electronics or a high-traffic retail environment - Comfortable working within complex, highly evolving internal Content Management Systems (CMS) - Strong program management capabilities and highly organised, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and partnership capacity - Detail-orientation is required - Expert in project management methodologies (Smartsheet) and tools - Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty - Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and techy work environment - Demonstrate experience or strong aptitude for integrating AI tools into project workflows - Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills Requirements - End-to-End Launch Management: Program manage the entire digital content execution cycle for New Product Introduction (NPI) launches across APAC markets - Timeline Ownership: Establish and enforce the launch calendar, ensuring development, review, and staging are completed to meet the fixed Day 1 deadline - Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and escalate potential roadblocks; act as a problem solver to implement effective cross-functional solutions - Cross-Functional Sign-offs: Lead the coordination of approvals from Local Marketing, Regional Product Managers, and Legal/Policy teams, ensuring all formal sign-offs are documented prior to publication - CMS Development: Independently leverage Content Management System (CMS) tools to build content pages from scratch, incorporating global core assets with local market nuances - Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the internal authority on CMS tools, staying informed on enhancements and providing best practices to the broader team - Tool Advocacy: Partner with Martech, Product, and Engineering teams to share insights that drive tool improvements and scale global execution processes - Defect Management: Act as the first line of defense for digital quality, managing the triage of bugs and content issues for rapid resolution prior to go-live - Staging & Accuracy: Conduct rigorous milestone-based reviews to validate content accuracy and functional fidelity; ensure final content reflects approved specifications - Visual QA (VQA): Lead the VQA process to ensure digital content aligns perfectly with design mockups across all devices and local variations - Internal Testing: Facilitate "Dogfooding" sessions to solicit internal feedback, catching edge-case issues to guarantee a smooth consumer launch - Toolkit Localisation: Lead the adaptation of Digital Retail Toolkits for 3P partners, ensuring high-fidelity content is packaged and optimised for external retailers - Partner Asset Management: Build and maintain regional retail playbooks and manage asset sharing via the Partner Marketing Hub - Onboarding: Run partner onboarding programs to guide external stakeholders on launch asset adaptation and execution - Workflow Revolution: Integrate AI tools to automate localisation checks, rapid 3P asset resizing, and smart-content auditing - Efficiency: Implement AI-driven workflows to reduce manual VQA time and significantly increase speed-to-market Benefits
