Role Description As a Product Manager at MagicSeeds, you will play a pivotal role in fostering innovation, overseeing existing product development, and introducing novel solutions. Your responsibilities encompass steering the entire product lifecycle. - Orchestrating the execution of the product roadmap and strategic initiatives to propel product enhancement and development - Collaborating cross-functionally with senior leadership, business partners, and technology teams to enhance and expand our infrastructure and environments - Harnessing market trends, adopting client/consumer-centric design thinking, ensuring compliance with requirements, and incorporating client feedback - Collaborating closely with the engineering team to introduce new, cloud-enabled hardware and software products to the market - Taking the lead in defining product requirements and development strategy in conjunction with engineering directors and user experience architects - Articulating, measuring, and communicating relevant business metrics to quantify ROI throughout all stages of the product development lifecycle - Applying client insights to inspire and drive product innovation Qualifications - A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with software products - Over 3 years of proven expertise in managing technical products, focusing on API Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Architecture - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development methodologies - Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics) - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a capacity to comprehend broad concepts - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering high-quality solutions within specified timelines and budget constraints - Outstanding interpersonal skills, showcasing proficiency in teamwork, negotiation, and the ability to cultivate enduring internal and external partnerships - A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is highly desirable; an MBA degree will be an asset
