Role Description We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is strategic, relationship-driven, and commercially minded to join our Business & Partnerships team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to identify, build, and scale new revenue opportunities across the Turkish market. - Self-starter with strong business acumen, capable of navigating complex commercial environments. - Build strong client relationships and negotiate partnership agreements with confidence. - Understand industry dynamics and spot new opportunities early. - Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills required. - Prior experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial expansion within the Turkish market. - Ability to manage multiple pipelines, adapt to market changes, and drive strategic execution end-to-end. - Passionate about expanding market presence, developing strategic alliances, and driving growth. Qualifications - 4+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Commercial Strategy. - Strong understanding of the Turkish digital, tech, SaaS or gaming ecosystem (preferred). - Proven track record in deal-making, revenue generation, or partnership growth. - Excellent communication & negotiation skills with fluency in Turkish & English. - Experience managing sales pipelines, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with global teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus). Requirements - Develop and execute commercial growth strategies in Turkey. - Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and secure revenue-driving partnerships. - Actively engage with gaming communities, events, studios, publishers, and online forums within Turkey. - Identify and qualify prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solution proposals. - Manage the full sales lifecycle—from pipeline growth and negotiation through deal closure, onboarding support, and sustained account expansion. - Monitor regional market trends and competitive activity. - Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and legal teams. - Represent the company at conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
