Role Description This is a perfect position for someone early in their career who has some SDR or partnership acquisition experience. You will have the opportunity to grow your professional career by helping to set the foundations as an individual contributor to our USA team. The Partner Acquisition Manager for North America (US & Canada) will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision to identify, cultivate, win and launch new partnerships that drive growth and enhance market presence. The role involves: - Balancing acquiring high-volume, good-fit partners with larger strategic targets. - Supporting existing partners who show meaningful upside for growth. - Working closely with the GTM organization to facilitate the acquisition of new partners. - Streamlining the process between acquisition and management. Qualifications - 3+ years in B2B SaaS partner development and sales. - Excelling in contract negotiation and scaling partnerships with a focus on revenue generation. - A proven partner developer with a knack for targeting, onboarding and setting partners up for accelerated growth in the NA market. - A passionate advocate for creating impactful, win-win partnerships. - A data-driven strategist, adept at harnessing insights for partner acquisition. - A master of time management and project execution. - An adaptive thinker, swiftly pivoting to meet changing market needs. - Solution-orientated, focusing on benefiting end-users, partners, and GoCardless. - A natural team player, seamlessly engaging cross-functionally to drive strategic outcomes. Requirements - Base salary range: $72,800 - $109,200. - Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
