Role Description - Own end-to-end integration programs for GTM systems, including CRM, CPQ, sales enablement, and marketing platforms - Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, IT, and external vendors - Drive system consolidation, platform migrations, and tool rationalization efforts - Ensure data integrity, system interoperability, and alignment across GTM tools - Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations - Act as the primary point of accountability for GTM integration delivery outcomes - Translate business requirements into executable program plans and integration roadmaps - Identify and resolve integration issues, gaps, and process inefficiencies Qualifications - Senior Program Manager / Technical Program Manager / Delivery Lead experience - Hands-on exposure to GTM systems, including CRM, CPQ, sales enablement, and/or marketing platforms - Proven experience leading system consolidation, migration, or tool rationalization initiatives - Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills - Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels Requirements - Prior experience supporting M&A-driven integrations or post-acquisition system alignment

To support the continued growth and development of this community, we are seeking a highly organized, globally-minded individual to join our team. We are seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join the TEDx Licensing team. This is a full-time role. The focus of this role will be on evaluating event proposals from new and returning organizers, reaching out to applicants to gather more information about their proposals or to clarify aspects of the program, and providing general support to our community to keep up with their enthusiasm and growth. Job Description Position description: The ideal candidate is mission-driven and eager to support our expanding global community - you’ll act as an informed resource for new applicants and returning organizers and you’ll also bubble up questions, concerns, or confusion from the community so we can better tailor and refine our resources. You must be detail oriented and methodical. Day to day work involves a variety of tasks from handling communication with potential and current organizers to managing the review process from start to finish for a high volume of applications. You’ll need to monitor, maintain, and prioritize several different workflows.
