Payroll & Benefits Analyst

• Support the end-to-end payroll cycle, including validation, inputs, and closing activities. • Manage vacation (PTO/UTO) processes, including tracking, calculations, payments, and reporting. • Review and validate payroll-related documents, such as vacation and termination calculations. • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., BPO, healthcare providers, etc.) to ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory reporting (eSocial). • Administer and reconcile employee benefits (health, dental, meal vouchers, life insurance, etc.), ensuring accuracy and timely payments. • Review and validate benefits invoices, partnering with Accounting for proper allocation, submission, and payments. • Manage the payroll component of global onboarding processes, including pre-boarding, Day 1 activities, and benefits enrollment. • Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping. • Manage reimbursements and ensure proper inclusion in payroll and payment platforms. • Monitor compliance with labor legislation, including vacation deadlines and sick leave validations. • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and time off. • Prepare and deliver reports (costs, journal entries, etc.) and analyses (e.g., benefits control, monthly variances, vacation reports). • Identify opportunities to improve payroll and benefits processes, controls, and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in payroll and benefits administration in Brazil.
  • Experience working with payroll vendors (BPO) and HR systems.
  • Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support employees and stakeholders.
  • Advanced English (Mandatory).
  • Preferred Skills:**
  • Experience in multinational companies.
  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives or systems implementation.
  • Intermediate to advanced French (with opportunities to interact with the French payroll).
  • Familiarity with HR/payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., eSocial).
  • Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

The Role We’re seeking a Director, Global Payroll Administration to lead our payroll operations worldwide.
