• Manage full-cycle recruitment for contractor and Full-time roles across India markets. • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks • Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and overall fit • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategies, and align on interview processes • Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to support current and future IT staffing needs, including building talent pipelines for high-demand skill sets • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams • Lead offer discussions, including compensation negotiation, and support onboarding for selected candidates • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Drive timely closure of requisitions while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire • Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and consultants to support ongoing hiring needs • Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and market insight
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment
- Experience working on offshore Contract and Full-time offshore hiring.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar job portals.
- Experience working with iCIMS or a similar ATS preferred.
- Ability to work in India and US time zones as required.
- Experience working in a staffing or consulting environment is preferred.
- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSAs)
- Experience recruiting for ERP technologies (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Cloud), and other IT roles.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
