• Execute inbound marketing campaigns primarily in RD Station, ensuring efficient execution and on-time delivery • Create, design, and optimize landing pages aligned with conversion strategies • Create and send marketing emails, handling segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing • Set up and monitor automations and workflows to nurture leads and qualify opportunities • Manage the leads database, keeping data up to date, properly segmented, and consistent • Analyze metrics and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and campaign optimization • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and actions • Ensure compliance with privacy best practices and regulations, such as LGPD • Document processes and campaign updates to facilitate tracking and replication
Job Requirements
- Strong, proven experience with RD Station, preferably in a digital agency setting
- At least 5 years actively working with Inbound Marketing and operating RD Station and other automation tools
- Advanced expertise in creating, editing, and optimizing landing pages and marketing emails
- Ability to configure and manage complex automations and workflows for lead nurturing and qualification
- Solid experience in strategic and organized lead database management, focusing on segmentation and data quality
- Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics, generate insights, and implement campaign improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication to ensure effective alignment with internal teams and clients
- Proactive and autonomous, able to work with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong commitment to deadlines, quality, and responsibility in deliverables
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, including compliance with LGPD and other relevant legislation
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes and urgent demands
- Experience working remotely / in a home-office setup
- Previous experience working at a digital marketing agency
- Experience with Google Workspace
