Role Description This role is for proven recruiters only. Not trainees. Not order-takers. We are building a high-performance recruitment desk nationally and looking for a 360 recruiter who can bill, build and grow. You will step into an environment with existing clients and active roles, while simultaneously building and growing your own desk within Active Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing business development activities. This includes organizing tradeshows, gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence, and managing budgets for BD activities. This is a remote oppportunity with preferred location of Huntsville, AL.
