Role Description This role is for proven recruiters only. Not trainees. Not order-takers. We are building a high-performance recruitment desk nationally and looking for a 360 recruiter who can bill, build and grow. You will step into an environment with existing clients and active roles, while simultaneously building and growing your own desk within Active Recruitment. Qualifications - 2 - 6 years of proven recruitment experience (agency preferred) - Proven placements & billings track record - Strong headhunting capability (not just job board sourcing) - Ability to win new business - Experience running a full 360 desk independently - Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment - Own car + driver’s license - Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) - Experience recruiting in Cape Town / Western Cape market (advantage) - Fully set up to work remotely Requirements - Passion for recruitment (non-negotiable) - Strong sourcing + headhunting ability - Sales-driven / target-driven mindset - Go-getter, self-starter personality - Ability to work independently (remote setup) Benefits - Opportunity to build and grow your own recruitment desk within Active Recruitment - Access to existing clients and live roles (earn from day one) - Work on active projects and retained work - Full ownership to develop new business and expand your market - Operate in a high-performance, no micromanagement environment
