Senior AI Solutions Analyst
Aledade, Inc.
• Support the discovery, design, and responsible adoption of AI solutions across the business. • Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases. • Assist in implementing and change management efforts. • Monitor for policy breaches and ensure adherence to Aledade’s AI policies. • Collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Security, Data, Product, and Engineering to drive safe, effective AI outcomes. • Hands-on work with use case discovery, documentation, adoption support, compliance checks, and cross-functional coordination.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting
- Proven track record designing and implementing compliant AI solutions across multiple business domains
- Experience facilitating use case discovery, requirements gathering, and solution scoping with non-technical stakeholders.
- Foundational knowledge of major cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS AI Services, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI)
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Role Description The Business Analyst will conduct detailed analytical studies to define problems, identify deficiencies and improve solutions which impact the enterprise’s effectiveness, and provide the basis for issue resolution. They collaborate with users to define business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities to achieve process improvements and revenue savings through automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). They will gather data through many sources, looking for trends and identifying opportunities to improve performance. They will create efficiencies in processes and reporting using tools such as Power BI, as well as further develop our data collection and analysis practices while acting as a liaison between information technology and business leaders. At this time, US Anesthesia Partners does not hire candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska. The base pay estimate for this role is $66,900 - $113,700 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.
