We need an operationally strong Technical Hunter, not a generalist, to manage our Top-of-Funnel. You'll experiment with AI to find "hidden" Senior Rubyists and act as a filter against synthetic talent or proxy candidates. You’ll be an essential part of the team, ensuring that every engineer we hire has the technical depth to help us succeed.
