Role Description Transmission Lead - SPOC for NOC Operations which include mainly TX, RAN and Technical Help Desk - Handle Customer Escalations & expectations, Prepare & execute improvement plan to meet the SLA’s - Identify scenario for knowledge Transfer/Competence building, Track the progress - SME for Transmission Network to ensure smooth operation - Support Service Manager in SLA/KPI mitigation or sign off - Bridge Gap between NOC teams and Customer expectations - Participate and contribute to Governance meeting with Internal and External Stake holders - Responsible for Postmortem reports, its review and action point implementation - Achieve Network KPI, suggestions for improvement - Support automation implementation to bring efficiency Qualifications - Minimum 12-15 years of experience in working with OEM or Tier 1 mobile service providers carrying out responsibilities in network operation centre - Minimum 4-5 years experience in customer facing role. Presenting NOC Performance - Experience of 4-5 years in Managing Team of 50+ Engineers - Should have strong knowledge and skill to handle customer Technical/process related queries - Working experience of B2B customer environment and its processes - Higher understanding of telecom domain 2G/3G/LTE/5G - Hands on experience in technologies of TX -SDH, DWDM, OTN Network & operations is a must - Managing Fault Management of Transmission - Should have basic understanding of mobile backhaul network on MPLS, Ethernet - Experience working with customers to diagnose a problem, and work toward resolution - Experience in working on various Vendor platforms NMS/EMSs like Huawei, Alcatel, Adva, Ericsson, Nokia etc. - Must have experience in transmission circuit provisioning and optimization activities - Self-motivated and cool headed to manage customer escalation - Develop and execute improvement actions to achieve SLAs - Good understanding of change and Problem management - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Able to easily communicate complex concepts and instructions to non-technical end-users - Possess knowledge and understanding of network designs and concepts - Needs to have strong written and verbal communication skills - Bilingual – Spanish and English Language proficiency is must Requirements - BTech in ECE/CS/Telecom - CCNA - ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated) - If you are a foreigner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC Job Type - Remote Location - Mexico Salary - $120,000 gross Benefits - Excellent superior benefits

This is a remote position. Candidate may reside anywhere within the United States and will be expected to work Central Standard Times. Must be a US Citizen. This position works directly with PMO leadership team on highly visible, strategic projects to support the delivery of the MFLC contract. The role requires managing complex, evolving objectives and troubleshooting driven by the MFLC program needs. Manages the MFLC Service Center staff responsible for responding to telephone inquires from MFLC field and program management office staff included but not limited to 1) access to use of technical applications required to perform job functions, 2) location and navigation of technical resources/tools, and requests for supplies (smartphones, record keeping tools, marketing materials, table-top displays). - Provides technical solutions to global issues that arise with the MFLC population including training to the field staff and providing communication. - For all new and amended client requirements, implement business process(es) to meet and exceed client expectations. Provides resource material for Program Management Office (PMO) as well MFLC population. - Coordinates with cross functional teams within the PMO to make enhancements to all platforms utilized in the program (Salesforce, Deltek Costpoint, etc) to improve not only the internal staff experience with the product but also the MFLC user. - Drives complex inventory tracking system development for government property that ensures contract compliance as well oversees creation of business protocol of the same. - Participates as a Subject Matter Expert in various training workstreams to PMO and field staff. Provides guidance as it pertains to SC Operations. - Evaluates and oversees the smartphone inventory. Provides weekly documentation to senior leadership which is provided to the client. - Implements best practices for initial user set up. In addition, maintains positive working relationships with vendors that support the program. - Oversees inventory of technical and documented materials, and ensure cost efficiencies of the same.
