Pre Sales Solution Architect
Wavicle Data Solutions
• Partner with sales teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client inquiries. • Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with client business needs and Wavicle’s offerings. • Lead technical presentations and solution demonstrations to clients and prospects. • Collaborate with Delivery, Engineering, and Account teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable. • Provide technical thought leadership on data architecture, cloud platforms, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities. • Contribute to the development of pre-sales assets, including solution blueprints, case studies, and technical documentation. • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution design and client recommendations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data architectures.
- Hands-on experience with data engineering, analytics, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and AI/ML pipelines.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and engaging with business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel as needed (typically 10-25%).

• Create solutions and integrations with partner technologies and CrowdStrike’s Platform & technologies • Work closely with Integration Partners, their Solution Architects, Sales Engineers and Corporate Engineering to promote and further CrowdStrike's Sales growth. • Assist Global & Strategic partner team members to accomplish integration validation. • Assist Partners with NFR environments. Including but not limited to installations, troubleshooting and training for CrowdStrike products. • Assist with demo environments • Provide inputs to technical enablement offerings. • Act as an interface between the multiple internal teams to resolve issues • Provide reporting and feedback on partner field activities • Participate in events such as security conferences, lunch & learns, and partner sponsored events.
• Primary responsibilities will include building AI/HPC infrastructure for new and existing customers. • Support operational and reliability aspects of large-scale AI clusters, focusing on performance at scale, real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting. • Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement. • Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health. • Provide feedback to internal teams such as opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
• Lead and coordinate multi-functional teams to deliver customer infrastructure projects, ensuring clear assignment of responsibilities and effective collaboration. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, OEMs, and internal collaborators, facilitating communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Define project requirements and identify vital resources in partnership with relevant teams. • Present technical solutions to customers and partners, validating achievements and resolving issues to ensure successful deployments. • Analyze customer difficulties and deployment plans, conducting gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive resolution. • Supervise installation, configuration, and validation of infrastructure, monitoring progress, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring timely delivery. • Facilitate handover to support teams and provide ongoing post-deployment service, gathering feedback and driving continuous customer success.
