Job Description
Meter Systems Engineer
Landis+Gyr
• Provide technical application support of Company products • Serve as the field expert and liaison for smart grid metering • Responsible for meter and product training, meter set up coordination and metering related trouble shooting and issue resolution • Develop understanding of product strengths and weaknesses as they pertain to market requirements • Develop and deliver technical sales presentations to customers • Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry activities, trends, and regulatory issues • Develop positive customer relationships through pro-active customer management
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ to 5 years of experience in a customer service or technical support related position in an electronic technology related field
- experience with utility operations. AMR operations is a plus
- excellent computer skills including the ability to utilize Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems
- must be bilingual in English/Spanish
