• Requirements gathering: - Understand requests from users, business areas and stakeholders; - Ask the right questions to identify the real problem (not just the requested solution); - Document functional and non-functional requirements. ** 2. Analysis and solution modeling: - Translate needs into technical specifications; - Design flows, processes and integrations; - Assess impacts on existing systems. ** 3. Development support: - Clarify doubts for the technical team; - Ensure implementation follows the defined specifications; - Participate in refinement sessions and prioritization. ** 4. Testing and quality: - Define acceptance criteria; - Validate that the system meets expectations; - Support functional testing and user acceptance testing. ** 5. Maintenance and evolution: - Analyze incidents and problems; - Propose continuous improvements; - Monitor system performance and usage.
Job Requirements
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Advanced technical skills in software development and systems architecture.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL for querying databases, Oracle or similar;
- Proven experience in projects using agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban or Lean.
- Business awareness (understand the impact on the client/user);
- Logical and analytical reasoning;
- Clear communication (with technical and non-technical audiences);
- Technical knowledge (APIs, architecture, etc.);
- Organization and documentation.
