WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Diabetes Sales Specialist is responsible for serving as a sales representative for Abbott Diabetes Care to drive awareness and adoption of the FreeStyle Libre brand among health care providers. Meet or exceed sales quotas/objectives for Freestyle Libre portfolio with new and existing Abbott customers. Collaborate with various channels partners within, HCP, Managed Care, Retail and Point of Care organizations. Establish strong relationships with a broad base of internal and external health care constituents (e.g., physicians, nurses, pharmacists, CDEs, etc.). Act with a sense of purpose and urgency, engaging in a friendly, respectful, manner, focusing on the needs and interests of others, while motivating change. Main Responsibilities: - Deliver sales results per assigned goals by influencing prescribing behavior of Endocrinologists and Primary Care Physicians. - Position products and services using appropriate resources using confident, convincing logic. - Develop and implement plans (e.g., territory, account and call) that include goals, action plans, time frames and resources. - Tailor sales approach to meet customer needs by utilizing appropriate resources. - Act with a sense of purpose and urgency, engaging in a friendly, respectful manner. Focus on the needs and interest of others, while motivating change. - Convey information clearly and concisely. Respond to others and listens carefully to understand the message. - Regularly track and reports progress against plan, redirect efforts as necessary. - Document daily, weekly and monthly activities utilizing call reporting / tracking system. - Maintain accountability for all samples in accordance with Division guidelines. - Work within quality guidelines established for compliance. - Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system. JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Intelligence Product Manager owns the product lifecycle for a new franchisee-facing business intelligence tool that aggregates and displays lead, company and contact data to franchisees selling to local businesses. This role partners closely with Advanced Analytics to engineer and master source data, and with IT, UX and engineering to define and deliver the tool’s UI/UX and technical platform. The Product Manager is responsible for roadmap definition, prioritization, release management, vendor oversight, adoption and ongoing optimization — ensuring the product drives franchisee productivity, high data quality, and measurable revenue impact. In addition, this manager will lead relationships and negotiations with vendors for “off-the-shelf” BI products used by franchisees and Choice sellers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Strategy & Roadmap - Define the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the Sales Intelligence tool in partnership with key stakeholders (Franchise Services, SMB Sales Programs, Global Sales). - Own backlog prioritization, user story definition and release planning; translate business needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria. - Establish success metrics (adoption, DAU/MAU, leads delivered, conversion uplift, franchisee NPS, data quality) and drive accountability for hitting targets.
