Primary Responsibilities As a member of the operations team your responsibilities would include the following activities: - Support the project team by maintaining a clearly defined project plan. This includes: - Organized updates on statuses for all project related tasks - Realistic and defined due dates and dependencies - Managing follow ups and delegation of tasks throughout the project - Support the integration of new advisors onto the Orion system. You will build timelines, manage resource bandwidth, unblock designers, and ensure that every asset—from a rapid-response social graphic to a massive 3D campaign—is delivered on time, on brief, and up to standard. WHAT YOU WILL DO Workflow and Timeline Management • Build, track, and enforce project timelines across digital, design, production and other workflows. • Run daily/weekly stand-ups and status meetings to ensure all creative and production teams know exactly what their priorities are for the day/week. • Manage ticketing and project management software (e.g., Notion, Asana, ClickUp) to keep all deliverables meticulously organized.
