Role Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Project Planning and Coordination: - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for localization projects. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. - Stakeholder Communication: - Serve as the main point of contact for all localization-related inquiries. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks. - Process Improvement: - Analyze existing localization workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Stay updated on localization trends and tools to implement best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, communication). - 5+ years of experience in PM, preferably in localization or translation services. - Strong understanding of localization processes, tools, and methodologies. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) and localization tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ). - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Financial Planning Program Manager has two key areas of responsibility. The primary one is the facilitation, delivery, and consultative activities of Financial Planning training and development events for Advisors and Management. The secondary, but as important, responsibility is the review, participation in the designing of, and updating of the producer and management curriculum, training processes, and key consultative development initiatives on a national scope. This role will be remote.
