Role Description Internship Period: May/June 2026 onwards (6 months) Projects: Interns will contribute to one of the following: - Multi-Region Merchant Onboarding Platform – Building a B2B platform for merchant onboarding, approvals, and catalogue management - Auth Service Extension – Implementing RBAC, service-to-service authentication, and audit capabilities for internal microservices About the job: - Design and develop backend services in Go, working with AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS/MySQL, Redis, S3, Kafka) - Build and integrate APIs for internal platforms supporting merchant onboarding, authentication, and authorization - Implement workflow orchestration using Temporal for multi-step business processes - Contribute to frontend development using React for internal dashboards (up to 20% effort) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC regions (PH/TH/VN/ID) - Write clean, testable code with proper documentation Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - Familiarity with at least one backend language (Go preferred, or Python/Java with willingness to learn Go) - Basic understanding of REST APIs and relational databases - Interest in cloud infrastructure (AWS) and distributed systems - Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn - Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams Company Description
