Role Description Kredivo is looking for two Regional Sales Trainer (Malang/Surabaya). - Accountable for Sales Promotion team understanding of their job, product & process and its updates, and ability to perform their job properly. - Managing and delivering various training programs (mandatory/ad hoc, soft skills/technical skills, product & process / leadership). - Working closely with Sales Promotion team to better understand the training needs and contextualize the training content. - Regularly visiting Sales Promotion team on the market and conducting individual sessions with sales promoters. - Regularly traveling to different cities to understand the business, the team, and take necessary actions. - Adjusting existing training materials and creating new ones to suit the Sales Promotion team's needs. - Collaborating with Field Trainer to give more impactful intervention to ensure Sales Promoters have good knowledge and skills to perform their job. - Ensuring availability of training documentations and completing mandatory administrative matters. Qualifications - Minimum bachelor degree in any major. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in financing or retail industry. - Experienced not only on training delivery & module development, but also on need assessment and post training evaluation/measurement. - Self starter personality and reliable to work under minimum supervision. - Based in Malang/Surabaya. - Willing to travel to different cities than homebase. Role Description We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Data Science to lead our data science function for the Indonesia market, our largest and most mature market. This is a senior leadership role with broad scope, overseeing a team of 20+ data scientists working across multiple domains including credit risk, collections, and growth modeling. You will work directly with the Chief Data Officer (CDO) to define and execute the strategic vision of the data science team, drive innovation across a diverse set of use cases, and ensure the team delivers meaningful business impact at scale. This role demands both strong leadership and the ability to stay hands-on when needed. Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of experience in data science or machine learning, with at least 3–5 years in a team leadership or management role, preferably leading large teams. - Diverse domain experience across multiple areas such as credit risk, collections, growth, fraud, or customer analytics; breadth of experience is valued as much as depth. - Strong technical skills across the full data science lifecycle, from data analysis and feature engineering to model development and production deployment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders. - Experience in the Indonesian market or Southeast Asian financial services industry is a plus. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, credit risk, and regional business strategy. - Lead and mentor a centralized team of data scientists based in Singapore, serving the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand markets. - Define the data science roadmap aligned with business priorities in each market. - Build a high-performance, collaborative team culture and establish best practices in model development, validation, and deployment. - Manage hiring, onboarding, and career development of data science talent. - Own the end-to-end design, development, validation, and deployment of credit risk models (e.g., Application and Behaviour risk scorecards, transaction models). - Remain hands-on and lead by example, actively contributing to data analysis, model building, and technical problem solving alongside the team. - Expand the team's capabilities beyond credit risk to include other ML use cases such as fraud detection, customer segmentation, churn prediction, and propensity modeling. - Collaborate with ML engineering teams to integrate models into operational systems and data pipelines. - Act as the primary DS technical point of contact for business stakeholders in the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. - Translate complex model outputs and data science insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences. - Regularly present model performance updates, risk insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and country heads. - Work closely with local risk, product, and operations teams to ensure models address real business challenges. - Champion data-driven decision making across all three markets. Role Description Internship Period: May/June 2026 onwards (6 months) Projects: Interns will contribute to one of the following: - Multi-Region Merchant Onboarding Platform – Building a B2B platform for merchant onboarding, approvals, and catalogue management - Auth Service Extension – Implementing RBAC, service-to-service authentication, and audit capabilities for internal microservices About the job: - Design and develop backend services in Go, working with AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS/MySQL, Redis, S3, Kafka) - Build and integrate APIs for internal platforms supporting merchant onboarding, authentication, and authorization - Implement workflow orchestration using Temporal for multi-step business processes - Contribute to frontend development using React for internal dashboards (up to 20% effort) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC regions (PH/TH/VN/ID) - Write clean, testable code with proper documentation Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - Familiarity with at least one backend language (Go preferred, or Python/Java with willingness to learn Go) - Basic understanding of REST APIs and relational databases - Interest in cloud infrastructure (AWS) and distributed systems - Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn - Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams Company Description
