Role Description For Your K9, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk (remote) to support daily administrative operations, client records management, and program coordination. This remote role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data entry and organization of client information, class registrations, and training schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to handle high-volume data entry, and experience working in a remote administrative environment. You will collaborate with trainers and staff to maintain accurate records for training programs, workshops, and events. Key Responsibilities - Data Management & Data Entry - Perform accurate data entry of client registrations, dog profiles, and training program details - Maintain and update databases with client and service information through consistent data entry - Review records for errors and ensure data accuracy across all systems - Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation standards - Client & Program Support - Process class enrollments, private lesson bookings, and workshop registrations - Update attendance records and training progress reports through ongoing data entry - Assist with maintaining records for programs such as obedience training, dog sports, and behavior services - Administrative Coordination - Support scheduling of classes, instructors, and training sessions - Coordinate internal records for seminars, events, and educational programs - Communicate with team members to ensure accurate data flow across departments - Reporting & Documentation - Generate reports related to enrollment, attendance, and service usage - Compile and organize information using structured data entry processes - Ensure all documentation is up to date and easily accessible in a remote work environment Qualifications - 1–3 years of administrative or data entry experience - Strong typing skills and accuracy in high-volume data entry tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in pet services, training facilities, or service-based businesses - Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software - Previous experience in a remote administrative or clerical role Skills Required - High attention to detail - Accuracy and speed in data entry - Organization and file management - Communication and teamwork - Time management in a remote environment Work Environment - Fully remote position with flexible scheduling - Collaboration with onsite trainers and administrative staff - Fast-paced environment supporting multiple training programs and services Benefits - Competitive hourly pay or salary - Flexible remote work schedule - Opportunity to work with a company focused on canine education and training - Supportive and collaborative team environment
