Job Description
Director of Engineering

Manage all hiring, onboarding, performance, and exits on your team.** • Maintain visibility into system reliability and operational health, and participate in on-call rotations when needed to support operational awareness. • Engage directly with customers often to understand their pain points, connect engineering work to real problems, and drive until solutions deliver real customer value.
