We are seeking experienced and hands-on software architects with a builders mindset, to lead the modernization, design and build of applications ranging from consumer facing digital applications with real time, high volume, low latency and embedded intelligence, to intelligent operations applications supporting critical decision making and operations used by a range of personas for AI first re-imagined processes. Key Responsibilities - Lead modernization initiatives, transforming legacy systems into cloud-native, scalable architectures - Design and architect API-first ecosystems, including RESTful and event-driven APIs - Build and optimize event-driven architectures using messaging and streaming platforms - Define and implement API gateways for routing, security, throttling, and monitoring - Architect high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems with strong resiliency - Design end-to-end full-stack solutions across frontend, backend services, APIs, and data layers - Ensure strong security architecture, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and zero-trust principles - Drive deployments across cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-prem/hybrid environments - Ensure responsive, intuitive user experiences compatible with desktop and mobile platforms - Establish architecture standards, scalability patterns, and performance benchmark

• Design and develop solutions using SharePoint (Online/On-Premise). • Create and maintain **InfoPath forms** and workflows. • Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts. • Develop and integrate workflows using SharePoint Designer / Power Automate. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of SharePoint applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.

• Lead and support multiple engineering teams, lead very senior engineers, ensuring consistent delivery, strong technical quality, and healthy team operations. • Define and guide technical architecture and long-term system strategy across the teams within your scope and in collaboration with EMEA engineering leadership. • Own and manage technical roadmaps jointly with the VP of Product, VP of Engineering and Director of Engineering in EMEA. This includes identifying and addressing technical debt and long-term system health. • Partner closely with Product Management to align engineering strategy with product priorities and customer needs. • Ensure teams have clear execution plans through effective backlog management, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Drive and protect team velocity: proactively identify blockers, work with product and tech leads to keep delivery cadence high, and treat speed as a first-class engineering value alongside quality. • Make decisions with imperfect information, hold yourself and your teams accountable for outcomes over activity, and see work through to completion rather than handing it off • Measure team effectiveness and continuously improve delivery processes, engineering practices, and team performance. • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning for senior engineering staff. Manage all hiring, onboarding, performance, and exits on your team.** • Maintain visibility into system reliability and operational health, and participate in on-call rotations when needed to support operational awareness. • Engage directly with customers often to understand their pain points, connect engineering work to real problems, and drive until solutions deliver real customer value.

Experience Requirements: Four (4) years of experience in the position offered or related occupation. Must have experience with the following: designing and developing large scale distributed systems using Elixir and Phoenix; Database Technologies (Postgres and Redis); building near real time services that are high performing, scalable, and fault-tolerant; setting up instrumentation to capture key metrics for applications and enhance observability into the system; developing APIs for use by other system components; and preparing comprehensive documentation regarding the internal workings of the system and its boundary.
