Event Coordinator

• Plan and execute in-person events that support Wealth.com’s brand, pipeline, and partner objectives across advisor, client, and strategic audiences. • Develop and manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documentation with precision and accountability. • Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including venue research, vendor sourcing, shipping, staffing, communications, and event technology. • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align event execution with broader go-to-market goals. • Support internal event representatives with preparation materials, pre-event briefings, post-event debriefs, and on-site coordination. • Lead day-of execution, ensuring a calm, professional presence while proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues. • Collaborate with Marketing to support promotional efforts, including landing pages, email campaigns, and social content tied to events. • Measure event performance and deliver post-event reporting with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience coordinating or managing events in a startup, agency, or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver polished, high-quality events with strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence working with executives, partners, and external vendors.
- Proven ability to remain organized, positive, and solutions-oriented in fast-paced and time-sensitive environments.
- Familiarity with event, sales, or marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Bizzabo, Cvent, or Wistia is a plus.
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus, but not required.
- This role requires up to 30% travel to support event execution and onsite responsibilities.
