Opportunity Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding data analyst to join a Series C digital health company. You will work closely with clinicians, program implementation, operation experts, informaticists, data scientists, and actuaries to support data-driven clinical programs. These programs are essential in improving a) payor/provider/patient collaboration, b) quality of care and patient outcomes, and c) healthcare utilization and spending efficiency. The work will be fast-paced and project-based, with evolving needs requiring adaptability, curiosity, and grace under pressure. What you’ll do: - Cultivate a deep understanding of Cohere’s clinical content, UM products and clinical programs and use analytics to produce insights to drive program effectiveness and value for internal business partners and clients - Work with administrative and clinical health data to build and maintain analytical and reporting solutions to support strategy and program decision making - Identify optimization opportunities using statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling methods to improve automation while enhancing decision quality and patient outcome - Collaborate with clinical, account management, data science, and engineering partners to refine Cohere’s product features and client support - Track cost, utilization, and industry trends to inform stakeholders of product performance and provide data-driven insights around opportunities to optimize clinical value for patients, providers and payers. • The Senior Metrics Analyst works directly with the Intelligence and Insights team and supports the work to understand, interpret, and provide guidance on metrics and analytics. • Perform the majority of the data loading, manipulation, reporting and dashboarding work within the Intelligence and Insights team. • Produce metrics reports used to enable the business to make decisions based upon key performance indicators. • Respond to ad hoc requests by understanding the requirements and ensuring the timelines are adhered. • Review, analyze, and report the work of peer group to ensure the team signs-off a quality product to the stakeholders. • Supports process improvement and analytics development initiatives. • Provides insight into analytic measures and supports development of new and creative solutions.

• Develop and own a learning agenda for new content categories, including writing experimentation frameworks, metrics, and observational analyses • Partner with the NCX Merchandising team to plan and measure activations for new content categories • Work with other Performance teams to support efforts to standardize distribution performance reporting • Serve as a subject matter expert and a primary point of contact for promotional data
