Job Description

Total Rewards Analyst

CDK Global

• Provide analytical and administrative support for compensation and benefits programs • Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark roles • Drive core processes such as various compensation approvals and maintenance of job architecture • Support compensation training and implementation of year-end merit & bonus cycles • Compile, manipulate, and analyze compensation data, including running ad hoc reports • Maximize Workday compensation and benefits utilization and design of statements and reports • Provide input to the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide Total Rewards offerings • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize HR capability and system accuracy • Conduct analysis and develop metrics to determine effectiveness of wellness initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
  • 1+ years of benefit experience preferred
  • 1+ years of compensation experience essential
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated proficiency with complex spreadsheets as well as some consulting with internal HR stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset complemented by strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to proactively plan large bodies of work ensuring milestones are met
  • Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively, creatively, and use own judgement
  • Experience handling highly confidential information
  • A passion for excellence and innovation with focus on enhancing employee experience.
