Research and Administrative Manager
TaskForce US
• Lead project management for all research initiatives, maintaining timelines, task tracking, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects. • Coordinate the selection and vetting of research priorities, ensuring consistency and rigor in the process. • Manage research report production and quality control, working closely with researchers and editors. • Serve as the central hub for project updates, documentation, and communication. • Support administrative operations, including scheduling, information management, and team logistics. • Maintain and improve internal systems using Excel and other tools to track workflow and output. • Provide research or analytical support as needed.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of project or operations management experience, ideally in a political, research, or communications setting.
- Deep understanding of U.S. politics, campaigns, or issue advocacy.
- Strong command of Excel (data tracking, reporting, pivot tables, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- A plus: Experience with opposition research, political data, or public records.
- A plus: Background in editing or memo production.
